Ma Nishtana: Four Questions
Practice for Seder Night
Coming soon to the App StoreFreeNo account
Ready for Seder night — one line at a time.
Ma Nishtana helps kids (and grown-ups) learn the Four Questions by hearing them, recording themselves, and leveling up — ending with a certificate worth framing. The full text is here in three forms: Hebrew with nikud, transliteration, and English.
The practice ladder
- Listen & Follow — the phone reads it aloud in Hebrew and the word being said lights up, at whatever pace suits your child (or silently, with the timing kept, if you'd rather)
- Echo — record one line at a time and play it back beside the text
- Full Run — record the whole thing with a gentle teleprompter
- By Heart — teleprompter off, just the four topic cues
- Every best take is saved to that child's shelf, dated — in ten years, priceless
Also
- Multiple kids, each with a name and avatar
- A Seder-night countdown ("23 nights to Seder")
- A "Ready for Seder Night" certificate to share, plus an audio share of the best take
- A short Parent Corner on the meaning of each question
Warm, not babyish
A 12-year-old won't cringe. Everything stays on the device — recordings are never uploaded.
