Deleting your Derekh Learning account

Derekh Learning lets you delete your account and associated data at any time.

Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open Derekh Learning and go to Settings.
2. Tap Account → Delete Account.
3. Confirm. Your account and its data are permanently removed.

Or request by email

Write to support@derekhlearning.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account." We'll process it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile (name, email), learning history, saved library items, notes, reflections, questions, streaks, and notification and device tokens.

What is kept

We retain records we are legally or financially required to keep — for example, payment and transaction records for subscriptions — for the period required by law. Anonymized, non-identifying analytics that can no longer be linked to you may be retained. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.
