Two Jews, Three Opinions
The Daily Jewish Poll
Coming soon to the App StoreFreeNo account
Two Jews, three opinions — now with a daily poll and citations.
Every day, one genuinely contested Jewish question. Gefilte fish: sweet or peppered? Stand for the whole Megillah? You vote — and only then do you see how everyone split, and the real sources and customs behind each side. It's Wordle's daily ritual, but the payoff is a machloket with footnotes.
The daily flow
- The question, big and clear, with tappable choices
- You must vote to see anything — no lurking
- The split — an animated bar showing where everyone landed, your side marked
- "Both of you are right. Welcome to the tradition."
- The sources — each side's case, cited honestly (Ashkenazi vs Sephardi, Shulchan Arukh vs Rema)
- A gentle voting streak and lifetime stats ("You side with the Rema 58% of the time")
- Share a card that shows the split without revealing your side
- An archive of past questions with their final splits and sources
Custom, never rulings
Questions are about minhag and custom — never politics, never rulings for your own life. When both sides are valid customs, the app says so; that's the whole point.
