In business, a junior employee can execute a task perfectly, but if they lack the strategic context of why they are doing it, the result is "halakhically" (operationally) hollow.

Rabbi Yoḥanan notes that when "his thought is discernible from his actions," the intent becomes effective. If your team’s intentions aren't visible in the way they prioritize, they aren't fully contributing. You need to build systems where intent is visible.
