Hook

Have you ever stared at a frayed thread dangling from the hem of your favorite jacket and felt a tiny wave of indecision? If you tug on it, will the whole sleeve unravel? If you leave it alone, is it still part of your coat, or is it just an annoying bit of fuzz hitching a ride on your shoulder?

It seems like a silly question. We live in a world overflowing with mass-produced gadgets, fast-fashion shirts, and endless kitchen tools.
