Hook

Have you ever sat quietly in a crowded room, carrying an ache so heavy that you felt completely invisible? Or maybe you finally worked up the courage to express your deepest hurt, only for someone to totally misinterpret you—or worse, tell you to just "cheer up" and get over it?

Most of us have known that specific kind of loneliness. It is the sting of carrying a raw, unfulfilled longing while the world around you merrily moves on.
